That’s the gap PerformOS exists to close. We took control of the business in 2025 because we saw too many companies drowning in manual work while being sold AI as a magic fix rather than a practical tool. We wanted to build something different: an AI partner that starts with your business, not our technology.
Our team has been working with machine learning and AI for over a decade — long before it became headline news. Before that, key members of the team spent 24 years building and running one of the South of England’s leading IT services companies, Taylor Made Computer Solutions. That combined pedigree — decades of hands-on delivery inside British businesses, plus a decade of AI grounding — is why we know successful AI projects rarely fail because of the technology. They fail because the technology doesn’t fit how people actually work.
That’s why we start with your processes, not our models. We focus on removing friction, not adding complexity. And we measure success by whether your team actually uses what we build — not whether it looks impressive in a demo.

Nigel Taylor, CEO
Nigel served as Managing Director of Taylor Made Computer Solutions for 24 years before successfully selling the business to Peach Technologies. He joined PerformOS as CEO driven by a deep passion for AI and a commitment to leveraging advanced technologies to transform businesses.
Aly Taylor, COO
Alison served as Finance Director at Taylor Made Computer Solutions for 24 years before successfully leading its sale to Peach Technologies. She joined PerformOS with a strong passion for commercialising AI solutions and driving their adoption to transform businesses.
Russ Simmonds, CTO
Russ Simmonds, Chief Technology Officer, brings over 25 years of expertise in IT operations, management, and digital leadership. He leads customer integrations, data augmentation, and a skilled delivery team to integrate and manage our AI Backbone.
Owen Williams, Dev Lead
Owen is heading up our new custom development team, providing design, configuration and coding skills for us to address even the most pressing clients' needs. He has exceptional skills in both Gen AI and ML and brings a wealth of expertise to our growing team.
